✨ Processing Time

All freshies are handmade to order with lots of love 🤍

Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be created and shipped unless the item is marked RTS (Ready to Ship).

RTS items will ship the next business day (as long as the post office is open).

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience while we handcraft your order!


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

We ship primarily through USPS. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update once your package has been scanned by the carrier.


✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each freshie is made just for you, we often begin creating orders shortly after they’re placed.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. We’ll always do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our freshies, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been made.

However — if we made a mistake, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 5 days and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.


📬 Shipping Disclaimer

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout
