All of our freshies are custom handmade to order with lots of love. 🤍

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be created and shipped unless an item is marked Ready to Ship (RTS).

Ready to Ship (RTS) items ship the next business day, provided the post office is open.

During holidays or high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

We primarily ship through USPS. After your package has been scanned by the carrier, please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking information to begin updating.

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each freshie is custom handmade just for you, we often begin creating orders shortly after they're placed.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Because every Fancy Freshies order is custom handmade just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been made.

We take great pride in every order. If we make a mistake, we'll absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📬 Shipping Disclaimer

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times and transit conditions are outside of our control.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier.
  • Lost packages while in transit.
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of both the product and the packaging. We'll review the photos and work with you to find the best solution.
