Shipping and Returns
1. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All items are handmade to order. We aim to ship orders out within 1-5 business days unless item states "RTS" or "ready to ship". RTS Freshies will be mailed out next day as long as the Post Office is open. During holidays, it may take longer.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
3. How do I modify or cancel my order?
Our freshies are hand-crafted individually upon order, and we often start making them shortly after your order, which means we might miss yours in time to modify or cancel it. If you'd like to change or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP, and we'll do our best. You can email us through the contact page.
4. What's the return/refund policy?
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on freshies, as they are custom made to order. Refunds or returns are only offered/accepted if there's a mistake on our part. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there was a mistake made.
We are not Responsible for damages during the shipping process.
We are not Responsible for items LOST in the shipping process or due to the WRONG address (please double check your address when checking out).
